SAGGED FLOOR?

Sagging floor, settling of concrete slabs, cracks on inner or outer walls? Sagging and cracks in and around your home usually have an underlying problem. For example, shrinkage of the soil due to drought, heavy rainfall, leaking pipes, incorrect drainage and vibrations are problems that slowly develop over the years.

By intervening early, you can prevent the structure from having to be replaced or undergo major repairs in the long term. Because recovery ischeaper than replacing.

Benefits of raising concrete

Cost effective

concrete raising is typically about half the cost of replacing the same concrete

Steps to raising your concrete

  1. Injection holes are strategically drilled around the areas where the concrete is sunken and requires lifting.

  2. Once everything is prepped and the hose and materials are in place, the polyurethane foam is injected through the holes. It expands to fill the space underneath the concrete slab, using the slab itself to drive the foam into the crevices, there by lifting the concrete back to its original position and stabilizing soils.

  3. Once the concrete is stabilized and lifted to the proper protocol, the injection holes are filled with new cement, allowing you to use your surface immediately.
